MCS S.p.A. is at the head of a mechanical-textile group that begins its activity in the 60s. It includes TERMOELETTRONICA and EUROPIZZI.
Our mission has always been to ensure a product and service that meets customer expectations.
In 2022 we’ve opened an area dedicated to innovation within EUROPIZZI (MCS’s dye house): INNOVATION BLUE AREA.
Here the new products, from MCS and TERMOELETTRONICA, are installed, tested, and made available to customers for all the necessary tests. Today there are installed:
CHRONOFLOW, HT rope dyeing machine with very low consumption; MULTIWASH-M, rope washing with super ecological impact, modular and configurable, DOUBLE JOGGER -C4 open-width discontinuous dyeing and preparation, with process time savings up to 50%.
Products technology-rich, innovation and reliability, are the result of continuous research and tests directly in the field.

Monti Antonio SpA is considered a market-leader and a benchmark in the world of textile for applications like pressing and finishing, printing and laminating.
As a result of the big experience grained in the calenders’ construction for sublimation printing, in the early 90’s the company started producing machines and lines for film and hot-melt lamination for sectors such as apparel, furniture, automotive, non-woven, leather.

PENTEK
PENTEK TEXTILE MACHINERY S.R.L.
Pentek Textile Machinery designs, manufactures and services units for textile preparation and finishing since year 2000. With a current payroll of 52 people, PENTEK exports 92% of its production and manufactures in a new state-of-the-art plant on 10.000 m2 area. The plant is self-sufficient with green power station. Production is 100% made in Italy.
Since many years the rate of R&D activities reaches an average of 15,6%. With a sales network of 53 agencies worldwide, we currently export 60% to Asia, 20% to Europe and North Africa, 15% to the Americas. Worldwide leader for innovative technologies, Pentek production is focused in two main sectors: continuous tumble dryers and continuous washing ranges in rope form. All products include substantial degrees of innovation and green technology, certified by international patents protections.
The logic of a new technology inevitably starts from unsolved problems: this involves a huge effort in R&D together with our fabric technologists to develop new applications. We have been designing and making spinning machines since 1962.
We currently are the sector company leader and we provide the widest range of machines for fancy yarns. Our production, exported in 40 countries, includes combing preparatory machines, machines for special yarns, machines for chenille yarns raising machines auxiliary machines in addition to spinning and twisting machines for fancy yarns.
Thanks to our extensive experience, there are many machine configurations available for the various types of processing, some of which can be combined with each other, with collection in spindles and/or distaffs and with draft systems for long and short fibres, many of which have been patented by Pafa.
