MCS S.p.A. is at the head of a mechanical-textile group that begins its activity in the 60s. It includes TERMOELETTRONICA and EUROPIZZI.
Our mission has always been to ensure a product and service that meets customer expectations.
In 2022 we’ve opened an area dedicated to innovation within EUROPIZZI (MCS’s dye house): INNOVATION BLUE AREA.
Here the new products, from MCS and TERMOELETTRONICA, are installed, tested, and made available to customers for all the necessary tests. Today there are installed:
CHRONOFLOW, HT rope dyeing machine with very low consumption; MULTIWASH-M, rope washing with super ecological impact, modular and configurable, DOUBLE JOGGER -C4 open-width discontinuous dyeing and preparation, with process time savings up to 50%.
Products technology-rich, innovation and reliability, are the result of continuous research and tests directly in the field.

NOSEDA
Noseda S.r.l.
Established in 1893 and located in Como, Noseda has developed a qualified know-how in the most advanced textile applications. Today, a qualified Team interpret Customer’s needs and offer perfectly integrated and absolutely innovative. Dyeing of fabrics on rope. Two models: the MF series (available in the H version) and the reel less SP series. Equipped with the new CDVC system for speed/ torque dynamic control, three-agent PH control, integrated speed, couple, level, nozzle pressure and intake valve position adjustment system. Dyeing of open-width fabrics Our TS series for fabric dyeing on beam, available in the HHD model.
Equipped with the latest process control systems (SCR 5000 3D), the new introduction and dosing products systems, a new PH control system and new Software for handling pumps with different structure. An innovative NC06 W + D winding system and a continuous preparation line for stretch knitted and woven fabrics. Dyeing of yarn on package: HPF-HS version with Flex 10 and Flex D equipped with the new dosing and process control systems. Application on synthetic yarns (even at very high tenacity) on twisted wools and cashmere or on stretch yarns. Lab Monitor for sampling at a constant liquor ratio, equipped with Flex 10, Flex D, HPF-HS, SCR 5000 3D and AcquaZero technologies.

Monti Antonio SpA is considered a market-leader and a benchmark in the world of textile for applications like pressing and finishing, printing and laminating.
