PENTEK TEXTILE MACHINERY S.R.L.
Pentek Textile Machinery designs, manufactures and services units for textile preparation and finishing since year 2000. With a current payroll of 52 people, PENTEK exports 92% of its production and manufactures in a new state-of-the-art plant on 10.000 m2 area. The plant is self-sufficient with green power station. Production is 100% made in Italy.
Since many years the rate of R&D activities reaches an average of 15,6%. With a sales network of 53 agencies worldwide, we currently export 60% to Asia, 20% to Europe and North Africa, 15% to the Americas. Worldwide leader for innovative technologies, Pentek production is focused in two main sectors: continuous tumble dryers and continuous washing ranges in rope form. All products include substantial degrees of innovation and green technology, certified by international patents protections.
The logic of a new technology inevitably starts from unsolved problems: this involves a huge effort in R&D together with our fabric technologists to develop new applications. This hard task enabled us to be recognized worldwide as true innovators and reliable partners, boosting our business in a non-stop growth up to the current 16 mio € turnover.

Monti Antonio SpA is considered a market-leader and a benchmark in the world of textile for applications like pressing and finishing, printing and laminating.
As a result of the big experience grained in the calenders’ construction for sublimation printing, in the early 90’s the company started producing machines and lines for film and hot-melt lamination for sectors such as apparel, furniture, automotive, non-woven, leather.

L.G.L. ELECTRONICS since 1982, is specialized in the development and manufacturing of electronic yarn feeders for weaving and knitting machines. Suibidiary companies: ELSY (www.elsy-snc.it) was and LGL HANGZHOU (www.lglhz.cn).
The growth of the group is linked to a corporate philosophy that bases its strong point in the own intellectual property. About 200 international patents have been filed.
Wide range of electronic feeders for weaving (from traditional to technical fabrics) and knitting (socks, seamless, women’s wear, underwear, shoes and much else). LGL was the first in the world to provide electronic feeders able to program the desired tension and keep it constant.
The tension setting is precise, the quality of the final product is higher and repeatable.
Our feeders today can communicate with Windows and Android systems and send information to a mobile phone or tablet thus enabling the immediate detection of any alarms. Since 2011 our electronic feeders are “GREEN CERTIFIED” to grant high efficiency and drastic reduction of energy consumption.

Today, a qualified Team interpret Customer’s needs and offer perfectly integrated and absolutely innovative. Dyeing of fabrics on rope. Two models: the MF series (available in the H version) and the reel less SP series. Equipped with the new CDVC system for speed/ torque dynamic control, three-agent PH control, integrated speed, couple, level, nozzle pressure and intake valve position adjustment system. Equipped with the latest process control systems (SCR 5000 3D), the new introduction and dosing products systems, a new PH control system and new Software for handling pumps with different structure. An innovative NC06 W + D winding system and a continuous preparation line for stretch knitted and woven fabrics. Dyeing of yarn on package: HPF-HS version with Flex 10 and Flex D equipped with the new dosing and process control systems. Application on synthetic yarns (even at very high tenacity) on twisted wools and cashmere or on stretch yarns. Bigagli is established in the Prato textile district, has been producing textile machinery since 1901 and is one of the most recognized name in the history of the woollen yarn textile machinery. We specialized over the years in manufacturing modern and advanced woollen spinning frames, known as Bigagli self-acting mules, specifically designed, developed and constantly improved to produce fine and extra fine woollen yarns, through processing natural fibres such as cashmere, angora, mohair, vicuna, camel hair and their blends with wool. The main producers of high quality yarns currently work with our self-acting mules as a guarantee for reliability and durability of our machinery.

Created in 1919 Santoni is the very first Italian sock knitting machine manufacturer. In 1989 it became part of Lonati Group, which operates in several sectors, i.e, textile engineering, electronics, iron and steel manufacture, agriculture, financing, real estate, research and multi-utility and Instruction. In the last 20 years Santoni has developed a series of circular electronic “Seamlesswear” knitting machines becoming a worldwide leader in this technology. Seamless machines express a revolutionary concept in the textile sector. Their use, initially limited to the production of underwear, has been then extended to many other fields.
Recently, the experience on seamless knitting machines and the know-how on socks knitting machines have given birth to a brand new machine for the production of seamless uppers, which reduces waste to keep up with sustainability.
